A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (Master's thesis titled: "Art as a circumstance excluding offence”) (2012), attorney (2016) specialising and advice for regulated markets (pharmaceutical, cannabis). He gained extensive professional experience while practicing in the Office of General Counsel to the Republic of Poland (2009-2010), Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (2010-2012) and acting as judge's assistant (2012). He developed his litigation practice both in small Warsaw law firms, serving individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (Bartosiak and Partners 2012-2015) and one of the world's largest law corporations, serving multi-millionaire disputes (DLA Piper 2015-2016). He gained his regulatory experience by advising and conducting litigation in the area of life sciences in a leading Polish boutique law firm specialising in pharmaceutical law (KRK 2016-2020). As part of developing his competencies, he completed a one-year course in American law (2018) conducted by CPA UW. The author of numerous publications and lectures on pharmaceutical and procedural law. Head of legal at Solvemed Group. Founder of Can advocare.
